refund of deposit if cancelled before the final payment is
due.
No refunds 60 days prior to arrival.
*If your stay is less than 5 days,
there will be a $65.00 charge for cleaning.
*If your vacation request is for a
holiday period, we do reserve the right to adjust the rates.
